Course Completed but Diploma of completion greyed out

Hello,

I completed a course on the academy including the feedback form and it shows complete but my diploma of completion is greyed out…

Is anyone else facing this issue?

I face the same issue. I’ve just completed the survey (the very last step in the course). May be the site needs some time to update the related information and release the diploma?
