Counting the number of rows and getting the data at the bottom of each column then pasting the data on other excel file

How can I count the number of rows and get the data at the bottom of each column which is being encircled in the screenshot photo then pasting the data on other “test2” Excel file? I aim to paste “16” in the F4 cell of test2 excel file and paste “g” in the G4 cell of test2 excel file. Thank you for the help.
