Count the number of rows on the web application

Hey! I’m working on a traffic violation case study and I need to retrieve the number of violations and take the total of that as I need that number to count the fine amount accordingly.
The violations are given in a table format and the “tableRow” element keeps incrementing when we choose in the selector.
How do I increment this row outside the selector and get the final value?

can you share the selector …you would like to modify ?

Use
1)paste the SELECTOR in the post
2)Select all the lines
3)Ctrl+shift+C …

then only you can post the SELECTOR part

<html app='chrome.exe' title='Client' />
<webctrl tag='TABLE' />
<webctrl tableCol='2' tag='TD' tableRow='*' />
<html app='chrome.exe' title='Client' />
<webctrl tag='TABLE' />
<webctrl tableCol='2' tag='TD' tableRow='*' />

so you would like to incremen the tablerow like below ?

  <webctrl tableCol='2' tag='TD' tableRow='1' />
  <webctrl tableCol='2' tag='TD' tableRow='2' />
  <webctrl tableCol='2' tag='TD' tableRow='3' />
  <webctrl tableCol='2' tag='TD' tableRow='4' />

yes.

can you look in to the above thread and let me know …

But if you just whant to count the rows why dont you just Scrap the table and do a write line:

Assign variable

YourVariable=YourDataTable.rows.count <-- this will give you the total of row you have

Use YourVariable to write line and see the total count
