Couldn't find any user with unattended robot permissions in the current folder

Hi Team,
I published package from studio, after i am not able to run the package from orchestrator, getting error as “Couldn’t find any user with unattended robot permissions in the current folder. (#1671)”. But able to run from UI path assistant.
Please assist.

hi, @sabari.lakhs

it occurs when running published packages in Orchestrator folders lacking assigned unattended robots. Provision an unattended robot to the folder, allocate runtime licenses to matching machines, and ensure the user/robot has “Allow to be Automation User” enabled; it works in Assistant as that’s attended mode.

refer to this :

From 30:22, my orchestrator manage access has different set up which is not matched to this video…and the try to select edit the local user, from where i am not able to follow up with video and not able to find the check box to tick - Allow unattended robots to run the autoamtion

Hi @sabari.lakhs

Please try with this approach

  1. Go to Orchestrator → Tenant → Users
Check that your user has Unattended license assigned.
  2. Go to Orchestrator → Folders → (Your Folder) → Users
Add your user to the folder and give these roles:

Automation User or
Folder Unattended User (recommended)

  1. Check Machine Template

Ensure your machine has an Unattended Runtime allocated.
Ensure the user is mapped to that machine (same domain/username as in Windows).

  1. Re-run the job
Orchestrator should now detect your unattended user and start the job.
    Cheers

Plz check my orchestrator snapshot…not able to follow up with your options

Hi @sabari.lakhs
Welcome to UiPath,

Pls follow the below same thread:

If helpful, mark as solution. Happy automation with UiPath! :white_check_mark:

You cannot run unattended jobs.
Orchestrator will ALWAYS give error #1671.

To use Unattended execution, you must upgrade to: Community Pro Trial, or
Enterprise license

Then the Unattended roles appear automatically.
You can refer that document
