Hi Team,

I need some help creating a UiPath solution design document for integrating two processes with some common elements. Could someone provide guidelines on preparing the design document using Microsoft Visio?

I suggest creating the following diagrams:

  1. Process 1 - AS IS
    1.1 Diagram showing the AS IS step-by-step process
    1.2 Highlight the common elements with a different color
  2. Process 2 - AS IS
    2.1 Diagram showing the AS IS step-by-step process
    2.2 Highlight the common elements with a different color
  3. Process 3 (Combination of process 1 and 2) - TO BE
    3.1 Diagram showing the TO BE step-by-step process
    3.2 Highlight the common elements with a different color

Each diagram should cover:

  • Input
  • Output
  • Actions
  • Reporting
  • Exception handling
