I have developed the automation and used the Picture In Picture feature. It works perfectly for me, but the executor does not start when another user tests it. Can anyone help me with this?

This could be due to the OS limitations or features turned off. Could you check Virtualization and HAX is enabled in your boot settings within your OS.
If required check with your IT team as well.
To confirm issue can you check the detailed logs here %localappdata%\UiPath\Logs
Also checking the event viewer logs when error occured can help
