Why am I getting this error?
I entered the value of the trigger in the Excel config under the VALUE section.

Check if studio is connected to same folder that you created the queue.

If don’t, provide the orchestrator path in OrchestrstorQueueFolder inside Config.xlsx

Please check the Queue name created in the orchestrator and if possible please share the screenshot and also there is no need of providing the folder in Config file, please check the folder connected from the below attached screenshot.

You need provide the name of the folder, let’s take RH folder name as example

RH (in case queue was created in root folder)
RH/Onboarding (in case there is subfolder inside RH and queue was created inside it)

If you continue having the issue, pls provide screenshot for folder, queue and the Get Transaction Item Activity

attach screenshot of get transaction activity properties screen shot. It seems the issue of incorrect orchestrator folder name.
