"Could not open form (Navigate timeout)" Error with UiPath.Form.Activities

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue with a form I’ve created using the UiPath.Form.Activities package. Here’s a breakdown of the problem:

Form Creation: I created a form using the UiPath.Form.Activities’ form builder.

Implementation: In my main sequence, I used the Show Form component and selected the form I built.

Error Encountered: When I debug the file, I get the following error: Could not open form (Navigate timeout).

I’ve tried checking the form configuration and ensuring all dependencies are properly installed, but the issue persists.

Has anyone faced a similar problem or can suggest any troubleshooting steps? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What is your Studio version?
What is the UiPath.Form.Activities version?
Share a zip file with the impacted sample project that replicate the issue.

I am currently using Studio Version 24.10.10 and UiPath.Form.Activities version 24.10.2. When I try to execute this process on my laptop, it encounters errors. However, when I replicate the same process on another laptop, it runs without any issues.

What could be causing this problem on my laptop?

We don’t have Studio 24.10.10 at this moment.
We don’t know the robot version and the error which you are facing.
If you need some help, provide more in depth details.

Sorry, the studio version is 23.10.3.0
and the form.activites version is 24.10.2

When I tried running the same process from a different laptop I’m able to run it successfully.
