Could not log user to Orchestrator

Hello,

Beginning yesterday, I began encountering the following error whenever I attempt to run a project:

I have been running projects in StudioX since October with no previous issues.

I am able to log into Orchestrator on the same browser I’m trying to run the project in. I have tried clearing my browser cache and resetting my machine, and still encountering the issue.

Please help, and/or let me know if I can provide any additional info!

Can you tell me which version of the StudioX do you have? Is the same happening to any other/new process?

I would suspect that the connection information likely became corrupted in some way. The first thing I would try is signing out and then signing back in again. To do this:

  • On the top right, click the circle with your initials, then choose “Sign out”
  • Confirm you want to sign out
  • Click the same circle (should be a generic person icon now) and choose “Sign in” to sign in again.
