Could not load file or assembly - Custom Jira activity

Hi,

I’ve created a custom c# activity to create jira on prem issues. Tests in Rider go well. Them I created a nuget and installed the package in uipath. When I want to run the activity i get “Create jira issue: Could not load file or assembly ‘Atlassian.Jira, Version=12.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.”

Should this be fixed in code editor, uipath? Should I install something?
