nothing works. what do i do?

This is the issue where your license may go t expired or not allocated, can you check below thread there you will find the soultion

If the license is valid, check whether your user is assigned to the correct folder and has a valid Account-Machine Mapping/runtime. This error usually occurs when Orchestrator cannot find a runtime associated with the logged-in user.
