During Upgrade "Could not find SSL certificate binided with the website" UnauthorizedAccessException: Filename: redirection.config during certificate validation

Issue Description: During Upgrade "Could not find SSL certificate bound with the website" is obtained and a corresponding entry as following is found in log file : UnauthorizedAccessException: Filename: redirection.config during certificate validation .

Resolution: Perform the below procedure

  1. Verify Orchestrator website is bound with the correct certificate.
  2. Enable the Verbose level login for the Orchestrator upgrade.
  3. UnauthorizedAccessException: Filename: redirection.config during certificate validation
  4. Provide Access to the config folder under C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\Config to the Application pool user which is used by Orchestrator website.
  5. Restart the IIS and then upgrade the Orchestrator.
