Could not find a part of the path .............. init.setings.xaml

I created a project without an RE framework but for URLs, I created an excel sheet and then read it inside Initsettings.XAML file and then invoked it inside the Main…
Now, I am getting this error

it means the file path is not present/available,

try to log out the variable of the filepath
then see if the filepath is correct

I actually copied the init settings from RE framework then made some changes according to my project
For example INCONFIG
if you are asking about this then the path is correct for this variable but its not working

And it’s working fine in my machine…
And giving error when I zip the project and run it inside other pc
