Could Not Enable AIC Service In Automation Cloud Tenant Settings

The AIC service in tenant provision settings is disabled and greyed out. How to enable the AIC service?

The AIC service might be shown disabled because of 2 reasons below

  1. No AI Robot/AI Robot pro licenses are allocated to the tenant
  2. Orchestrator service is disabled on the same tenant.


To enable the AIC service, ensure

  1. AI Robot/ AI Robot pro licenses are assigned to the tenant
  2. Orchestrator service is enabled.
