Could not Download Attachments from Gmail

Dear all

For a long time, I have not used the “Save Attachments” activity.
Now, I am having trouble that could not download attachments from Gmail.
I have tried using both the “Save Attachments” and “Save Email Attachments” activities.
Can you help me solve that problem?
Please refer to the image below.

※I already set up to enable pop3/imap before.

Hi,

For now, can you try simple settings : set blank at filter property and file path as string literal such as “c:\temp” (for example) at SaveToFolder etc?

why i need to check retrieve attachment. I remember that the last time I used it (about 6 months ago) there was no need.

Many times you might have automations where you get attachments but you might not need them…so for those cases this is introfuced to make it light while looping
