Check with clearing the browser cache
or
Disconnect the robot from the Orchestrator, and connect it again

If both dont work means that is your network issue , check if that is blocking some where or
as you mean in Chaina , check the global restriction of china over the internet

I don‘t know where is the Orchestratos’s host.Maybe not in China.
But I am in China.I use China network connect orchestrator.
