'Could not connect to the database' while working in Document Manager in Cloud

'Could not connect to the database' while working in Document Manager/Data Labeling Session within Cloud AI Center

Issue Description:

"Could not connect to the database" error while working in Document Manager in Cloud.

Root Cause:

Corrupted Browser Cache & Cookies

Resolution:

  1. Clear the cache and history from the browsers and try to browse the Data Manager.

  2. Try with different browsers/Incognito Window to access the Data Manager.

Contact UiPath Product Support if the issue persists. Ensure to reproduce the issue and provide/attach the below list of details in the ticket:

  1. Navigate to Admin -> Organization Settings -> Copy the "URL" and 'Support ID ' -> Share them with us.

  2. Open AI Center, click on three dots near the tenant selection dropdown, click on view profile, copy the Account Name, Tenant Name, Account ID and Tenant ID and attach them to the ticket. (As shown below):

  3. Share a HAR file by reproducing the issue again on your end. Refer to the below document on how to generate a HAR file: How To Generate A HAR File?
