Could Not Connect to Remote Session – CV Screen Scope Issue in Unattended Mode

Hello UiPath Community,

We are encountering an issue while running our process in an unattended session for a few items. We are receiving the following error:

CV Screen Scope ‘Add Pending Charges’: Could not connect to the remote session. Please verify your network connection, and make sure that the UiPath Remote Runtime is installed and running on the server.

The UiPath Remote Runtime is already installed and running. We are not facing this issue in attended mode, and the unattended process was working fine for the past two weeks. However, over the last two days, we have started seeing this error intermittently — out of 20 items, only 1–2 items are failing with this message.

Could you please help us identify the cause and suggest a resolution?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Has there any been any change with the UiPath setup (robot version / UIAutomation version) or with the remote desktop application in the last two days?
Are there only certain robots failing or is it random?

The issue occurs intermittently. Previously, all items were processed successfully, but recently we have observed that after 1–10 items run without any issue, 1–2 items fail with the error, while the remaining items continue to process normally.
