Could not communicate with the UiPath extension for msedge

Hi Everyone,

I’m reaching out to seek your support regarding an issue we’ve been encountering recently.

Our process is consistently failing with the following error:

“Could not communicate with the UiPath extension for browser ‘msedge.exe’. Please make sure the extension is installed and enabled.”

The failure occurs exactly one hour after the job starts running. Although the UiPath browser extension is installed and enabled on our bot machines. this issue is occurring.

Could you please check if any of your web-based automation processes are experiencing a similar problem?
