You can get the data from excel and enter in the website.
You can do it with datatables or excel activities to get data from excel and to enter data into website you can use UI activities.

Hey, my steps so far is to find unread emails by a specific subject line and save the attached excel file to a folder. Then, in a use excel activity I am deleting the duplicates from the file. Now I need to take that data without the duplicates and copy and paste into a website(we use Oracle’s ERP).

You don’t copy/paste. I suggest doing the free training at academy.uipath.com which will teach you these basic things.
