Copy cells over specifically to different columns but same headers

How do I get the bot to copy over the information from excel sheet over to another excel but in specific cells.

To explain further, this is the information in the first excel sheet.

To be copied into this excel sheet:

Basically there are similar headers of information like birth dates for both but it is in different columns so would it be possible to have the bot to detect which row to copy to instead of copy/paste range one by one.

As far as my knowledge, there’s no such functionality to detect column position.

You have to copy each cell by checking column name.
