Copy and Paste outside of Excel

I am trying to Copy and paste batch numbers from one SAP portal to another but sending Hotkeys (Ctrl c) does not work. Hence i tried extracting the information out onto an excel file. However, I am having troubles pasting the information onto the SAP portal again.
