Converting .xls (Workbook) to .csv

I am trying to convert .xls file to .csv format but in .xls there is a column of date with time after converting all columns looks fine except for date with time .Below are screenshots:


Column for date with time convert to some value:
E.g if we have .xls with value 01/18/2018 01:09 PM after conversion looks like 43118.5479770486

Please help me on this.

@programmer Can you check Preserve Format property in Read Range and check if it gives you the Desired result?
