I have a question i would really appreciate any help.
I am converting a pdf document having information in rows and columns . I want to convert it to excel document keeping the same organisation i described lines below.
Colum A: Identificationnumber, column B: Province, and column C: city.
Sometimes column B is fill and sometimes is empty. and Sometimes the name of the city is a composed name (Exemple: Los Angeles or Ho Chi min).
And here is my problem:
if the PDF document has column B is empty and the name of the city is a composed name (like Ho chi min), then the excel file takes in column B : “Ho” and in column C it takes “Chi min”.
I would really appreciated if you could help me with any idea or activity to overcome this problem.
