Converting Excel to PDF Layout

Hi,

I have Excel file with data and graphics. I want to convert this Excel file to pdf but the data becomes messy where 6 columns are written on the first page of pdf and the rest 6 on the next page of pdf with spaces in between the different column data.

What I want is to change the number of columns from 6 to 11 to be suitable for printing to pdf. Is this possible? How should I do that?

Any idea would be great!

You can try to make it a Image and then you can convert that to a PDF
