Converting a data table into a string in order to save it in the orchestrator, and then back again into a data table in the performer

Hello, I am after creating a data table in the dispatcher bot, converting it into a string, so it can be stored in the orchestrator transaction item, and then when the performer receives it, converting it back again into a data table, is this possible?
