For Microsoft, it seems the OCR feature isn’t available when you install the Thai language: [LanguageSelection] However, as @balupad14suggested, you can install the Thai language package for Google OCR using the steps described in Installing OCR Languages This is the tesseract file for Thai language: tessdata/tha.traineddata at main · tesseract-ocr/tessdata · GitHub I tried using that to read the PDF from the first post and these are the results:
