This is an Exception case. The price is in an incorrect format. It is the responsibility of the business user (or You) to determine how to handle this situation. Instead of a decimal point, there is a comma between the 3 and 7, which makes it an invalid format in the German numerical system. Even in the US numerical system, it remains invalid because the comma is used in place of a decimal point.
