I’m currently working on integrating the conversational-agent + human-escalation workflow, and I’ve encountered an issue that I’m unable to resolve:
Issue:
After the workflow completes, I obtain output data (e.g., extracted text, user responses, etc.). I have configured a conversational agent in Action App (via Action Center) to escalate accordingly. However, the agent does not receive the workflow output as input dynamically so it cannot reference that data in the conversation.
How can I map the workflow’s output data to the agent so the agent can use and edit the response as shown in the video?”
