Conversational Agent failing to send email

Please I need help. I am currently going through a course and I am stuck setting up conversational agent to send email.

I have scoured the forum and google and I cannot see any solution that helps.

So after setting up storage bucket, index and conversational agent (with send email RPA workflow), I publish it and when I test the send email prompt (" Please email the travel policy to london to xyz@gmail.com"), it keeps failing

I have tried everything I can but it is always the same result.

Please help.

As per error looks like the connector is not assigned or using the connector not able to send email

When I test in studio, it works. But when I publish and deploy, it does not work

after publishing please edit the agent and check package requirements..if it shows connectors choose a valid connector

How are you sending the email?
