In the browser embedding sample application example, after the first page is loaded, pressing either the invoke button or the refresh robot process button continues to raise the Agent access request alarm window. What should I do in this case?
Welcome to the forum @wjdryap! A few questions to help us diagnose this issue:
- What version of the robot do you have installed on your machine?
- Are you seeing the robot access request window after you launch the UiPath Assistant from this popup?
- What browser are you using? (It looks like this is Chrome, but I want to be sure)
- I used it that version is 20.4.1.
- Yes, After starting UiPath Assistant, click the Robot Invoke Button and a pop-up window will appear again.
- In Chrome
Hello, I’m having the same issue. Did you get a solution?
Hey Debora! Would you mind trying this?
Trouble shoot steps:
- Open Task Manager->Details tab and confirm “UiPath.RobotJS.UserHost.exe“ process is running. If its running, right click and select End Task.
- To restart the same process, open “Task Scheduler” and select “UiPath RobotJS“ task. Click Run on on the right side pane.
The root cause for this issue is fixed in Community Edition 2020.6+ and Enterprise patch 2020.4.4+, so best course of action is to update.
Hello evan.coehn,
Thanks for this solution. I am facing the same issue. I am using the UiPath Assistant 2024.10.1 Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise 10.0.26100 and Studio 2024.10.1
Can you please help me? Thank you so much.
We had an issue with RobotJs library shipped in the UiPath Robot. We fixed it on 24.10.6 by upgrading the RobotJs library to 1.3.2.
Try to upgrade the robot to 24.10.10 using this link https://download.uipath.com/versions/24.10.10/UiPathStudio.msi and retry.
Hello Marian!
It worked perfect. Thank you so much for your prompt response! I really appreciate it
