Contains condition going wrong

Hi everyone, I need some assistance here. I have the condition here for the bot to check on the API results(SearchCase_Results) if there is a word ‘open’ in it but, seems like it does not work quite well, because it says there is that open text while there isn’t.

This is my ‘Then’ on the condition to say it’s opened:

on the else it’s where it’s not opened

when the result is XML we would recommend checking with Coding options / API related to XML
