Connection timed out for Studio trial

Hi,

I installed trial version of UiPath Studio. When I open Studio, there is a connection window with ServiceURL (https://cloud.uipath.com). When I click Sing In, nothing happens and 30 secondes later I have an error “Connection timed out”.

I can access https://cloud.uipath.com with my browser, but I cannot connect my Studio.

May be it is a proxy problem, but I don’t know how to check and configure it.

Could you help me, please?

Is this for the first time you are making this connection or was it already done and currently you are facing this signin issue?

If it is for the first time, can you confirm whether any security softwares are there in your machine which can restrict the connection?

I cannot connect Assistant to Orchestrator: when I click “Sing In”, nothing happens

It is for the first time I am making this connection.
There is a proxy configuration, but if I can open cloud.uipath.com in the browser, I guess it is OK and it should work with Studio too, right?

Could you please check your event viewer logs once ?

In event viewer I have this log “System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 30 seconds elapsing”
