Connecting uipath apps to process

I have created the UiPath process and also the UiPath app, i have setup unattended robot too,

this is my UiPath app and the below is my UiPath process

when i run the UiPath app, it executes until data extraction, the datatable is not appended to the table in the app, and i want the process to wait until the input is got for the url, threshold

can any one give me step by step explanation of how to connect correctly to the UiPath robot and app

and when i run the UiPath app, it runs with UiPath assistant,i want it to run in any device without help of UiPath assistant, i have claimed 60 day free trial too

This will be a great help for me , I have to complete it within two days for my academic project so please help in this issue

in app …when you trigger process select unattended…and unselect async…then the app will wait for response
