Connecting orchestrator url with robot

i have created an Orchestrator URL in IIS manager, and to access it everywhere i have used reverse proxy and now it is successfully accessible in all the networks but when i try to configure the link in uirobot it is showing error, when the link is accessible in browser why not in uirobot? what could be the possible issue? could you please help me with this?
