hi @johnny123 create your robot as the same name and make sure you have entered your domain name in robot correctly if you unsure , open cmd in windows and type and enter “whoami” will show you the domain name

I hope your issue is in Robot naming
Follow below step and try
First check your machine name (try create a new and name it as your machine name)
{you can find your manchine name by using CMD and type whoami}
Now come to robot setting , as same as check your Domain\username tab , you have to give exact your pc domain and user name {same name as you type whoami on CMD}

and disconnect the robot and try again

i found the solution, but i don’t know i had to click on that bouton to let the robot works
