Connected to orchestrator, but unable to retrieve the license : read forum posts but nothing worked

please help with this error

Are you using same user account in the Orchestrator and in your machine. Try to restart the UiRobot service from services.msc. That will help

Even interactive sign in is also not working

Restart the service and check, if that is not helped then restart the machine and check again.
