why does my unattended robot shows “connected, unlicensed” even though i asssigned a license?? one last help

the robo machine template must match exctly with the machine key/cloud robot settings; mismatch causes license denial .

i fix the connected issue but now my job fail like it showing "robot doest not exist when i try to start it.
this happens when the robot user isnt assigned to the right folder. the machine may be licensed but the user must also added to that folder otherwise orchestrator cant find robot to run the job undestand ??
