Connect failed: Could not find unattended robot for user key xxxx

I am using community edition after long time, I have updated the UiPath Studio but when trying to open the studio getting this error: Connect failed: Could not find unattended robot for user key xxxx

I tried to open the UiPath orchestrator but it not loading.

I tried to troubleshoot the using UiPath documentation but unable to resolve the issue.

Can anyone help here?

Your license would have been expired. Try creating new account with same email and if asked create new Organization and try.

What’s the message you are getting when tried to open the Orchestrator?

Try clearing your browser cache or opening Orchestrator in incognito mode.

I already cleared the browser cache, as mentioned in post lets wait for the few hours

This issue related to license issue, you may need to create new license.

and one more issue you are facing that unable to open the orchestrator, try with some other browser and clear all cache and try incognito as well

@kalpitmantri , Your UiPath Studio license should have been expired.

Regarding the UiPath orchestrator issue try clearing cache and cookies of UiPath cloud, alternately trying signing in from incognito or other browsers.

  1. Please follow the steps to check your license. Login to cloud.UiPath.com > Go to Admin section > Go to licenses and check if you have a valid license.

  2. If you have a valid studio license. re-connect to orchestrator from UiPath assistant.

  3. Restart UiFlowService.Exe from task manager.

I cleared the browser cache, but still unable to access orchestrator

Hey! Try opening UiPath Assistant and check if it’s connected to Orchestrator. If it says ‘Disconnected,’ sign in again or verify the Machine Key and Orchestrator URL.

look for any updates from your chrome browser and try to restart your machine and try to open orchestrator

use below url
https://cloud.uipath.com to open the orchestrator
