if you are talking about rdp sessions then it is advised to place the file in the shared folder from rdp and then use it in local

You don’t connect Excel and a terminal window. A terminal is just an application. You read your Excel data and then write a process that logs into the terminal and does the steps you need, navigating around and entering the data from the Excel file.
