Is it possible to configure a VPN without the 5k unit robots license?
Basically, my automation need access a website that requires VPN connection.
That doesn’t have anything to do with UiPath nor licenses. That just means the server/computer you’re running the automation on needs to be connected to the VPN and have access to the web site. UiPath neither knows, nor cares, that the VPN connection exists. I work across VPN all day every day and it has zero impact on UiPath.

Do you need to establish a VPN Gateway or are you just attempting to utilize a VPN connection on a specific machine?
We have a VPN Gateway for our cloud serverless robots and it does consume 5000 robot units. Here is some documentation to reference:
