Configuring customized email alert option is not visible in On-Prem Orchestrator

I want to receive email alerts from orchestrator when scheduled jobs are not invoked, failed or faulted. When I try to create customized email alerts in my on premises UiPath Orchestrator [Workplace Orchestrator], the Email option is not visible under ‘Settings’ in the ‘Tenant’.

Appretiate if anyone can help on this?
