Config file reflecting empty

I have data inside a config file. When I want to display it using message box activity or write line I find blank message box, ie I don’t find any data in the config file being displayed. Please suggest

can you attach your workflow? It is not clear which activities did you use to read your file. and what data does it contains (json, xml, ini etc)
