Concurrent user license for studio is usable when the robot(agent) is offline?

To understand more about it for license purchase planning.

my question is concurrent user license for studio is usable when the robot(agent) is offline ?

which mean after disconnect from orchestrator , my studio still can use for edit and publish on local machine ?

About Licensing >> explain more about Concurrent User attended robots but not about studio.

Due to slowness reply on the licensing support , i have done my own testing to get the answer.

1.If no concurrent user license available and your studio is half way edit , then you are unable to use the run (F5) function
2.If no concurrent user license available and you try to start your studio then you will see the activation page` , if your robot is not connected with license then you are unable to launch the studio.
