Computer vision - server cannot be reached

I need guidance…
Have specified the API key, URL and enabled remote desktop extension but while indicating on the remote desktop image, not getting context menu & an error - server cannot be reached.

Can you post the error you are getting @preeharris,

And one more thing, make sure the server is available while you are trying to connect from uipath and ofcourse the required firewalls or VPN’s are connected (may be disconnected also) :slight_smile:
Please let me know if it is confusing

This issue was resolved when I ran it in my PC. Maybe firewall restriction.
