Computer Vision - Multiple Similar Matches

I’m working on a proprietary application that is only able to indentify elements by computer vision. There are instances where mutliple text elements are extremely similar to one another… Differing by 1 alphabet. UiPath doesn’t seem to be able to differentiate them. How can I increase the accuracy?

Add anchor to the get text activity
or Change the selectors to dynamic

I’ve already added anchors there are still multiple matches. I can’t change the selectors to dynamic
