Hello,
I completed all modules in my UiPath Academy learning path, but one module is still showing “Resume” instead of “Completed”.
This is blocking my certificate.
I already reached the “Complete the Module” page and saw the Congratulations screen.
Could you please help sync my progress?

First of all Welcome to the UiPath Community.
It is possible that you might be missing some required* feedbacks, surveys, modules or knowledge checks. Please ensure everything is completed. If that’s not the case then it might be a syncing issue. Try revisiting the module again and going through it again after some time.

Please click on exit module and check what are you missing might be you miss to complete the feedback or some knowledge test
Please once and refresh the page too if still you face the similar issue then please share the screenshot of the course so I will check in details and let you know about the missing part.

Log out → log in again after 15–20 minutes
Try opening the module and clicking Next once more
Use Chrome / Edge in Incognito
If still blocked, Academy support usually fixes this quickly on their end

This is a known UiPath Academy sync issue. Try clicking Exit Module once, then log out and log back in (or clear browser cache / try incognito). If it still shows Resume, raise a ticket with UiPath Academy Support and share the course name + screenshot—they can manually sync and unblock your certificate.
