We recently did the migration of Ui path from 2021 version to 23.
After migration we are facing the issue related to compiler as it is taking more time to compile a solution before run.
Kindly help me if we can do any thing on that or its in 2023 the time taken is high then a normal.

It has been onserved and that is due to more intuitive ui and more bulk packages
Also windows projects are little bulky as well

What you suggest here how should we approx here as to initiate the debug execution it is taking 7 min approx to start the execution.
Can you share such project were slowness is observed? Would like to do some testing on our side and see how we can improve the specific issue.
