Compare, update, set range color excel

Good evening everyone!
I want to compare excel file result with each excel file. If the data matches, highlight it in green, otherwise replace it with the corresponding values ​​from the result file in other excel files (sample).
Currently, it highlights the matching values ​​in green. How to make it so that in case of a mismatch, replace it with the values ​​from the result file and highlight it in red? Thanks.

Select the range of cells, the table, or the whole sheet that you want to apply conditional formatting to. On the Home tab, click Conditional Formatting. Point to Color Scales, and then click the color scale format that you want.
