Compare two diffrent data tables column names and write the data

I am reading all these details through queue Items

This is output report

By comparing first two columns, which are “Account Type” and “Dates”

I need to fill in the values under the respective Columns.

Note: Some data is SQL Queries after execution, that will be written in the OutputReport file.
